I have a saving account in this bank from last 5 years after that I gone to kingdom of bahrain. Now I come back and I apply my ATM card at January 30th 2017. I asked to bank officers how long this proses and they said within 15 to 20 days you will receive your ATM card but still not received. I goes to bank 25 day after the applying of my ATM card but bank officer said your ATM card is here but we still didn’t received the pin code of your ATM card. When we receive then we’ll call you and you collect your ATM card from our bank. And today is 7th march 2017 but nobody call me. I’m tired from this system.
